day 33 Darth Vader and Jean Claude Jones

This morning was a slow start to the day as I was knackered after 6 hrs on the board lift time included.

The conditions today were no better at the lower slopes which was the big deciding factor as to whether Anna would board today?.

She decided against it, fair enough but to my huge disappointment has crossed over to the dark side but was much happier hence the Darth Vader title. Look at the smile. Mr Bardsley you were right.

After the boys lessons had ended I took Luke over to Flaine where I had ventured yesterday.

Holy smoke this boy is like a rocket and he goes for it big style. This is really his first venture onto proper slopes and he has already ascended up to 2200m plus and has come down with no problems. One of the runs was 5kms long he did not stop listened (amazing I know) and was excellent to be with. At times he cut me up and was ahead of me. I gave him praise of course he could not see the big deal. He then showed off doing a parallel stop as we went up one of the big lifts. He said to Anna that he would give her some tips tomorrow. Well done Jean Claude Killy.

He still has to respect steep slopes and traverse, he knows how!!
